I came here today with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I mentioned the special occasion to our server, but unfortunately, it was never acknowledged. We were hoping for a memorable experience, but it did not feel special. Next time, I will likely choose another restaurant to celebrate such an important occasion with my wife.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. I ordered catering for an event and picked the food up myself. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. It had little to no flavor, and my guests couldn’t eat it. I ended up throwing most of it away, which was embarrassing and a complete waste of money. What made it even more frustrating was that this food was for a special occasion, and I was expecting much better quality. I was extremely disappointed. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of its food. Sadly, based on my experience, I won’t be ordering from here again.

We did a catering order for my team's work anniversary and we truly had a 5-star experience. We had slightly complicated payment needs and the staff accommodated with ease. Our office is 2 miles away so we did pickup and the food was ready right on time. The catering manager was an absolute delight to boot. We ordered more than what we needed and there were ZERO leftovers. All of the food was incredible. Other teams crashed the party and kept asking... "Where did you get the food catered from? This was SO good!" I felt like the hip insider being able to name drop Ippolito's. :) Would absolutely order again.

Ordered blackened chicken pasta to go upon receiving my order the noodles were undercooked, the chicken was undercooked, and it was not blackened chicken. There was a drizzle of sauce over the top and it was also in a child sized portion to go container although i paid $40. When I called the store to make a complaint the person who answered the phone laughed as I told them my issue. Not only is this a health and safety concern, it’s a customer service issue.

The service was great. Our server Ryann was excellent. She refilled our drinks without us needing to ask and cleared our extra dishes as well. Pizza was served hot and was very delicious. We had no plans to eat dessert until she highly recommended the cheese cake. It was amazing. I look forward to my next meal there.
